Support the Holter

The Holter has a growing reputation as one of the outstanding regional art museums in the Northwest. We are proud that admission to the Holter is free and accessible to all. Support from our members is the lifeblood of the Museum, providing 25 percent of the Museum's operating budget. As public and government funds for the arts diminish, private contributions become increasingly important. The Holter thrives because of individual support from valued friends like you!

Please help make art accessible in our corner of the world. Truly, this is a momentous time in the Holter's history. The Museum has a strong tradition of outstanding broad-based exhibitions and innovative educational programs and, with the expanded New Holter, comes even more of what you have come to love the Holter for! Your membership will help us continue to meet the challenges and opportunities ahead.

Montana Shares: Another Great Way to Support the Holter

The Holter Museum of Art is a proud member of Montana Shares, a federation of 37 Montana-based non-profit organizations working to promote our state's human, cultural, and natural resources. Montana Shares members are working on issues concerning women and families, the environment, health and hunger, community arts and culture, animal welfare, social and economic justice, and human rights. By focusing beyond symptoms and addressing the root causes of problems through education, prevention efforts, direct services and advocacy, member agencies address issues which affect our state as a whole and our individual communities.

When you donate to Montana Shares, simply designate the Holter
as recipient and the museum benefits directly from your gift.

If your workplace doesn't offer Montana Shares as a choice in your charitable giving campaign, you may contact Montana Shares directly www.montanashares.org or call Kim Patterson at the Holter, 442-6400. Help make it happen.
