The Holter is a nonprofit community that has run on the generous support of volunteers for over 30 years.
A specially trained volunteer of the Holter education team. Docents give guided tours, engage with children and adults in art making sessions, and community events.
This group of volunteers are trained to help our Curator set up and take down exhibitions. Volunteers learn art handling, painting, forklift safety, sanding, and museum standard hanging.
Be a part of the Museum greeters. Volunteers at the front desk will engage with Museum guests & inform them about current shows. Volunteers will help with any data entry as needed.
Volunteers play a critical role at the Holter Museum of Art. Orientation meetings and training sessions will keep you well-informed about Holter activities and events throughout the year. All volunteers enjoy the benefits of belonging to an active group of individuals where you will enjoy meeting other volunteers with similar interests. Volunteers are needed in all museum departments!
