JourneyDance – Letting Love Transform

JourneyDance™ offers you permission to fully rediscover and express your authentic self through movement and dance.

What is JourneyDance™? Weaving simple, guided movement sequences together through different musical qualities, JourneyDance™ acts as a catalyst for each practitioner to celebrate the magnificence of their body and life. We feel connected, grounded, energized and vital. JourneyDance™ allows us to explore our emotions, dance our fiery rhythmic beats, and create from our deepest prayerful tones. We encourage self-trust, self-approval, and divine knowledge within each practitioner and as also as a community–To be seen and heard is necessary and empowering.

You can expect shake-your-booty beats, sweaty bodies, emotional release, personal empowerment and wholeness; greater connection with yourself, others and the All That Is.

No experience is necessary; just a willingness to let your body lead you. Wear yoga-style clothes—if you like, wear your favorite leggings/t-shirt. Please bring your water bottle and a yoga mat (if you have one) and a towel.
