Connect with your mind AND body at the Holter!
Join us for a celebration of body and motion through Nia with instructor Tracy Joy in the W.
Q: What is Nia?
A: Nia is a sensory-based movement practice that draws from martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. It empowers people of all shapes and sizes by connecting the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Every experience is adapted to individual needs and abilities. Step into your own joyful journey with Nia and positively shape the way you feel, look, think, and live.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Each session costs $10, which can be paid at the Holter front desk upon arrival.
Q: Do I have to come for every session?
A: Since each session is paid for individually, a participant does not have to commit to any number of sessions (but we love to see repeat participants)!
Q: What do I bring?
A: Comfy clothes and a water bottle are recommended.
