Description

Join for this after school class with dungeons and dragons fantasy play! Open to new players and returning alike

Dungeons and Dragons is a fantasy roleplay game that allows player-characters to make decisions with consequences to the storyline. The game is a collaborative social activity focused on storytelling and problem-solving with a group of players uniting to overcome challenges posed by the Game Master …. or not. Sometimes, player actions veer from storyline path and the Game Master responds using structured rules, epic imagination, and the will of the dice.

About the GM:

Eric Dymit is one of the co-directors of Adventures in Cardboard Montana (otherwise known as AiCinMT), and an avid fantasy and role playing enthusiast! Taking inspiration from the AiC world of Minnesota, he has developed all of the Lore which Montana campers have played in for their summer camps, game days, and residencies*. In addition to his work with AiC, Eric has also worked as an Art Instructor with the Holter Museum of Art, as a Theater Instructor with the Myrna Loy Center, as a preschool instructor, and on occasion can be found performing as an actor in local productions. Eric is also a freelance artist. In his free time, he enjoys exploring the natural world, reading about and drawing fantasy characters, and petting every dog he sees.

* “developed” as in recorded the many exploits, wacky stories, spiraling tales, and yet-to-be-told (to anyone but fellow campers) narratives played out by campers that have come to make up the lore of AiC in MT.
