About this event

Courage to Create is a Holter Healing Arts program specifically designed to serve Veterans, military members of Montana, and their caregivers through free arts classes, providing opportunities for community and healing through the arts.

  • Each month we will focus on a different theme (such as clay, screenprinting, painting, and more!).
  • Coffee and snacks will be provided!
  • You will have the opportunity to submit your work for an exhibit in August of 2026 and for consignment in the Holter Shop!
  • Classes will begin on Tuesday, August 19th from 10am to 12pm.

This month’s theme is hand building with clay!

Come see what Courage to Create is all about and build clay with us and teaching artist Christina Barbachano!

Registration is available with the form below or at the door.

Please reach out to our Holter Healing Arts Coordinator, Meghan Durant-Patton, at meghan@holtermuseum.org or (406) 204-3378 with any questions.
