General event rental information is listed below. Please contact the Event Rental Coordinator for further questions and pricing.
- Bar (hosted or cash) provided by Holter Staff
- Round tables: 6′ diameter, fits 8-10 people (up to 10)
- Rectangle tables: 6′ x 30″, fits 2-4 people (up to 9)
- Cocktail tables: 31″ diameter, 43″ tall (up to 4)
- Folding chairs (up to 110)
- Black linens
- Use of space in the Millikan Gallery and Lobby (may vary depending on exhibition installations)
- 1-hour of set up time prior to your event start time and 30-min of clean up time following your event
E.L. Weigand Creativity Center: Great for both intimate and large gatherings. Available amenities include a stage, PA system, flip-screen TV, and projector. Access to kitchen and fridge space with advanced approval.

Bair Gallery: Ideal for small meetings and lectures. Due to this gallery space being carpeted, no food is allowed and only clear liquids are permitted.

Baucus Gallery: Ideal for renters looking to be fully immersed in a gallery space during a large event. Availability is dependent on artworks on display at the time of your event.

SPACE AVAILABILITY: Generally, the E.L. Wiegand Creativity Center is unavailable on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday evenings. Please reach out if seeking consideration for an event that falls on one of these evenings. Event rental inquiries may take up to 10 business days to process.
