Description

Take on the role of architect and builder as we create a fairy village together. Using branches and logs gathered during village site visits, mountain flowers collected from our backyard, and along with practical objects, we will build a fairy village along the creek in the Grove for the public to visit and wander.

May 13 – Meet at the Grove to visit the village site and gather materials

May 20 – Meet at Mount Helena Trailhead. Learn about wildflowers as we gather flowers from our own “backyard” to dry or press and build with.

June 10, 17, 24 – Meet at the Museum to build a village.

Prickly Pear Land Trust staff will install village.

June 26-27* – Village is open to the public!

*if conditions require, the village opening will be pushed back.
