Artist Robert DeWeese (1920-1990) was an important figure in Montana’s Modernist movement. In this workshop, we’ll view the exhibition Life of Montana…As Ever: The Art of Bob and Gennie DeWeese and garner inspiration from Bob’s mixed-media “tie” pieces. Then, we’ll create our own works of art using upcycled neckties, paint, and collage materials.
