Once your work has been accepted for sale in the Gift Shop, you will be asked to sign a Consignment Contract.

Meet our Store Artists

ATAC

The After-school Teens Art Council is a teen program based out of the back classroom of the Holter Museum. Teens meet with professional artists, gaining mentorship, professional experience, and advocacy in the art field. The teens run a screen-printing business. The sale of ATAC t-shirts and screen-printed designs from the museum shop directly supports ATAC community involvement.

Annetta Kraayeveld

Annetta finds great satisfaction working with her hands, merging an age old art form with the contemporary world. When not weaving, Annetta is teaching, which she enjoys as much as weaving. She has been teaching at basketry events and guilds across North America since 2000, including workshops with the museum.

A fun and funky artist of wonky gems.

Elizabeth Harter​

Liz blends "found items" with traditional media, "out of the ordinary" works materialize as dolls/assembl'age, paintings and collage. Her works are RAW. Unfiltered. Liz invites the viewer to "ReIMAGINE" life and self in its complexity.

Christina Barbachano

Vibrant colors and layers of texture intrigue Christina, especially those from nature. Inspired by landscapes and the beauty found within them, she takes her own photographs and works from them.

Sadee Crum

Sadee integrates traditional metalsmithing techniques with modern technologies to create her eye-catching designs. Her goal is to create something so unique and of such high quality that it surpasses the trends of today to become something treasured.

Margaret Regan

Margaret's polymer work is playful, detailed and occasionally insect-inspired.

Virginia Niccolucci

Virginia specializes in enamel on copper. Enamel is glass that is fused onto copper with heat. Virginia's process starts with her drawing out her designs before working the copper. The final step is to heat the glass with a blowtorch.

Sarah Dargan

Sarah's work tends towards the colorful with funny, funky patterns of geometric shapes and the imperfection of hand-drawn line. There is nothing better than a dinner table filled with colorful and eclectic serving dishes and place settings. Her work is meant to be used.

Lucy Gerspacher

Part art and part science, fusing glass is a continuous learning process.

Jennifer McCullough

Jennifer's designs are inspired by a love of the outdoors and the splendor of Montana’s landscape. Through Holden Mountain Designs she creates quality, captivating jewelry for a chic and minimalist lifestyle.

Katie Sisum

Using traditional techniques combined with hand made patterns and original art glass Katie creates stained glass panels and handblown glassware that invite the viewer to recall there favorite pastimes and memories or perhaps simply invite them to use their fingertips and explore glass as they have never done before.

Jolene Grieve

Jolene sings, bakes, and makes under the big sky.

Elk Mountain Pottery

Caleb Pattin, the potter behind the wheel, enjoys producing diverse pieces so that there is something for everyone on the table. "I almost never go to the wheel with a plan in mind, and I prefer to let the clay speak to me." His pottery is inspired by Montana’s mountains and wildlife, his own animals, and nature in general, with a touch from his Ohio roots.

J A DESIGNS

I am Joani, and I love living a Creative life! When I think of designing and fabricating silver jewelry with a Torch, I use the words: Exploration and Transformation. I absolutely love exploring ideas of creating jewelry using semi-precious stones, found objects, and silver itself! It is totally FUN!

April Werle is an emerging painter whose narrative works investigate how culture is passed down from generation to generation in the Filipino diaspora. Influenced by her multicultural upbringing, Werle's works explore themes of mixed-race identity, family, and belonging. She reimagines memories and shared family stories, skillfully capturing the nuances of body language, particularly through the expressive use of hands.

Joy Kelso

Not everyone here is an 'antler & cowboy boot' sort of Montanan. I want to create beautiful homewares inspired by the Winter snow and Western landscape that can be loved in any Montana home.

Sarah Angst Art

I like creating pieces that seem familiar to people; that help remind them of fond memories from their own lives. When I finish a piece and it has a timeless nostalgic quality, my hope is that feeling will resonate with others as well.
